- Preparing and working during a number of tech conferences and special events (800 - 3 500 attendees) organized by TechCrunch (The Crunchies 2012, Hackathon / Disrupt NYC 2013, August Capital Party 2013, Hackathon / Disrupt SF 2013).- Taking care of banners, stands, badges, gadgets, prizes, gifts, stationery, electronic equipment etc.- Setting up the stations for the participants and sponsors, workshop and meeting areas, startup alley, hardware alley, exhibitor alley, battlefield alley, pavillions etc.- Close cooperation with TechCrunch staff, venue staff, security, catering and other vendor companies.- Customer service:* Reception / registration: checking the guests in, working extensively with Eventbrite database, badge printing, program issuing, resolving payment issues.* Help desk: answering the inquiries, giving directions and explanations, servicing lost & found section.* Ushering the participants, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, press guests.

- Preparing and working during Blackbox Connect July 2012, immersion program for startup founders who are based outside the US.* On hands activities from the interview stage to the closing of Connect (interviews/meetings scheduling, answering the inquiries from the participants, catering organizing, ushering the guests and speakers, planning and managing additional onsite events for the participants etc.).- Performing some daily operations at Blackbox Mansion (such as checking the guests in, stationary shopping etc.).- Preparing and working during other events like SCALEit Pitch Evening or Skolkovo Startup Academy at Blackbox.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Performing reactive and proactive support for Polish Google AdWords customers via phone and e-mail (usually I've been receiving more than 60 calls and 80 e-mail tickets in different problem queues every week).- Consulting with the customers to understand their business needs and proposing solutions.- Building and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns (for both Search and Display Networks) for new advertisers
 to increase the effectiveness of their accounts with technical troubleshooting (in close cooperation with Technical, Policy, Risk and Billing Teams).- Monitoring and analyzing online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns (Google Analytics).- Consulting clients on adopting the best possible creative solutions that can drive ROI strategies.- Collaborating with the Inside Sales Teams to get new advertisers started (seeking for advertisers with great potential among those who contacted me).KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- 92% phone Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) individual rate (data for Q4 2011; rating vs peers: above average).- 88% e-mail CSAT individual rate (data for Q4 2011; rating vs peers: above average).- Winner of „CSAT Hero Competition”.- Receiving lots of love letters from the customers – they were published during Global Ads Operations Summit.- I have taken part in Google Serve 2011 Event: Google Grants (individual optimization session performed for NGO advertiser).
