Drafted, organized, and implemented a leadership development and culture change initiative benefiting 10,000 colleagues spanning seven hospitals in the region. Managed a 10-month, 150 participant project preparing the entire organization to take on risk-based contracting.Promoted provider alignment and engagement through the creation of a standard physician and mid-level provider agreement that clearly articulates the obligations and incentive eligibility criteria for both the providers and the Physician Hospital Organization (PHO).
