I maintained one full-time remote position; created and maintained brand partnerships and sponsorships; drafted content for brand use on social media; optimized content for strong SEO; wrote and published informational articles about travel, health, and environmental sustainability.

Contracted HR support for a software development consulting company. In addition to resume review, interviewing, hiring, and employee relations, my role extended to creative content development for external recruiting; including daily social media management, producing youtube videos, and writing blog articles.

Drafted, organized, and implemented a leadership development and culture change initiative benefiting 10,000 colleagues spanning seven hospitals in the region. The long-term plan consisted of workshops, individual coaching, small group dialogues, large networking events, and an annual engagement survey. Created comprehensive courses, presentations, and materials to develop leadership skills based on results from performance reviews and colleague engagement surveys. Managed a 10-month, 150 participant project preparing the entire organization to take on risk-based contracting.Promoted provider alignment and engagement through the creation of a standard physician and mid-level provider agreement that clearly articulates the obligations and incentive eligibility criteria for both the providers and the Physician Hospital Organization (PHO). Identified clinical priority programs and developed model guidelines and metrics to measure improvement in the care of CHF, diabetes, COPD, asthma, and HTN.Reviewed the redesign of the organization’s post-acute care network, aimed at reducing a patient’s average length of stay in skilled nursing facilities.
