I co-created Dayrize’s go-to-market strategy, ran competitor analysis and was the key content advisor for the customer-facing product design. I presented the value proposition to potential customers and investors, exploring the technical details with various kinds of audiences. Responsible for the oversight, codification and continuous improvements of the methodology, as well as the training of the new analysts on the basic concepts of sustainability. I laid foundations to internal ESG policies and practices (i.e. Dayrize’s first GHG baseline).Part of my job was also managing the relationship of Dayrize with the broader sustainability community (B-Corp and Consumer Information Program at the One Planet Network by UNEP) and organizing a peer review process for the scoring methodology.
