Sales And Marketing Department Manager
CurrentMain activities and responsibilities - Develop and implement proactive competitive sales strategy, with constant adjustments in the market context; - Set sales targets for the sales executives of the two divions and for their sales teams, supervizing them;- Overlooking the sales teams monthly;- Being in charge of the constraints of market demands; - Achieve the annual sales targets according to the annual plan and develop effective ways of selling channels, through the volumes sold in each channel with separate returns; - Developing long term business relationships, productive with large customers to generate additional sales opportunities for the company; - Building sales team, sales staff management oversight of recruitment, training and compensation; - Supervision and participation in tenders, bids and proposals to develop customized financial situation of that client; - Design reports sales performance in sales (volume, value, SKU) and cover areas of expansion done by the company; - Collecting debts and resolve all the other business / financial problems of development of sales management contracts; - Competition, evaluation of their monitoring activities / products / offers and sale according to the data adjustment; - Cross-functional collaboration with all team trading (finance, marketing, operations and human resources) to translate customer needs to define new products and services;- Negotiations with new and domestic producers; - Negotiation of new products in the portfolio, according to company interests; - Conceiving quarterly sales strategy n agreement with the producers.
