After having had a deep experience with the vacation rental market in Barcelona while working at Airbnb; I decided to merge both: my architectural and my business experience to build a start-Up focussed on creating vacation rental spaces through designing them from scratch. El invitado was, as well, in charged of managing those rentals on an efficient way having happy owners with higher beneffits than through the standard renting system.However, the local situation for Vacation Rentals got harder and harder due to the local legislation and the project thinked slowly being unable to grow and even to maintain the rentails created after the moratorium, which were the most of it.
