I have been an active member in the ULisses Project (University of Lisbon Interdisciplinary Studies on Sustainable Environment and Seas) as a team mentor since its creation in 2020 up to the present moment with the preparation of the 4th edition. I have assisted at carrying out both the 10 weeks e-learning course and the 3 weeks team project phase (online in the 1st edition and presential in the 2nd and 3rd editions)The role is described by:-providing support and guidance to the participants throughout the virtual e-learning course and the team project phase;-recruiting new team mentors;-advertising the course;-setting up the classroom’s supplies;-preparing virtual and in-person extra-curricular activities;-compiling the final feedback forms for future course improvements.
