I am a psychological counsellor, here I work with students for their motivation, their empowerment, their ability to manage ineffective emotions and believes (axiety, low level of self-efficacy, …)

With great pleasure I am part of the network of trainers of the Manpower Talent Academy, where I carry out the project and delivery of courses on soft skills. The working methods range from individual to group training, from face-to-face to remote training.

I started this collaboration with Trilix and I am thrilled with it. I cooperate with colleagues of great personal and professional value, with whom I collaborate in the selection of high-level managers. Also in English.

Asset Management (http://www.assetmgmt.it/) is a GI GROUP branch which provides recruitment, training and HR consultancy world wide.As trainer, assessor and coach I promote efficient group communication, negotiation and conflict management, and positive management of organisational change. Furthermore, I focus on self-empowerment and self-esteem linked to professional roles.

I also cooperate with the Training Division HDU of Giunti O.S. (www.giuntios.it), planning, developing the structure, and supplying courses on transversal skills such as communication, self-empowerment, leadership, and self-engagement. Being a work and social psychologist I can use the Giunti O.S. psychological tests within the training and coaching delivered, and as a psychotherapist I can use the tools of Giunti O.S. to carry out clinical diagnoses.

As Talent acquisition Consultant I am responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for selected J&J client groups . I manage the recruitment life cycle activities including but not limited to: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and reference checks.

Together with other work and social psychologists, lawyers and administrative consultants I worked on the “Wellness in the workplace” project, developed by the Equal Opportunity Counsellor of the District of Verona. The goal of the project was to advise and train heads of Public Offices or Private Enterprises of the District of Verona on issues such as wellbeing in the workplace, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, professional and home life balance.

As Project Manager I was in charge of developing activities and partnerships, and informing stakeholders for the Equal European project: “District Valley: knowledge and entrepreneur developing net”.
