• Supporting the CEO and founder of Italian Weddings & Events LTD in the planning and execution of high-end events all over Italy, from initial idea to site inspection, delivery and resolution • Responsible for the onsite execution of B2B events for Italy Inspires-the global community experience for luxury wedding professionals - including the management of the exclusive ‘Dreaming of’ events• Onsite management of the event, responsible for the overall execution in respect of timelines, perfect set up, delivery of assignments by all vendors (i.e. location, catering, AV system, transport, florists), managing 300+ guests• Liaising with vendors, clients and VIPs throughout the event planning • Contributing to website content creation and social media management

• Development of the start-up Italian Mela, founded on my Master thesis project ‘Internationalisation of the Indian wedding: Shaadi, an opportunity for Italy’ with the aim of planning Indian high-end events in Italy, private and corporate events in India and providing ad hoc luxury concierge services for both Italian and Indian clients• Performing market analysis and ideation of business strategies, including the creation of event contents• Liaising and building relationships with sponsors, including WeddingSutra-India’s biggest wedding planning website- and Taj Hotels, for promotional events in India• Building the network of relationships with potential partners, including Indian wedding planners, catering and hospitality companies• PR activities and company representative at institutional events organised by the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi and at BNI Mumbai weekly meetings • Social media management and website creation, including company logo design and contents creation
