My life motto is "The Pleasure of BEING Yourself".My mission and passion is to help others find the joy and curiosity of discovering themselves and the pleasure of living in harmony with our own unique nature.As Oriah Mountain Dreamer puts it, "The question isn't 'Why are we so rarely the people we want to be?', but 'Why we so rarely want to be the people we are indeed?'"I completed my master's studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, worked for many years in top corporations and advertising agencies, and as an experienced entrepreneur, I ran four kindergartens based on an my own original method of supporting development of young children through Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, NVC and the Project Method. All these experiences help me perfectly understand the hardships and challenges faced by business people and how important it is to support not only hard skills, but also to take care of interpersonal skills, development of emotional intelligence, and to be equipped with open and honest communication tools.As Aristotle put it, "Educating the mind without educating the heart is like not educating at all."In my practice, I use the skills gained at the Zen Coaching School, NVC Training at Zofia Schacht Petersen's School of Empathy and the practice of other paths, spiritual and psychological traditions such as Diamond Approach, Mindfullness, Yoga or learning from shamanic circles of different cultures.For years, I‘be been cooperating with Foundations, Cultural Centres, Business and Educational Sectors as well as with Individual Clients. I organized and conducted conferences on Conscious Parenting, charity events, abroad trips, workshops and circles.In addition, as a music therapist - I create music, conduct concerts for children and adults. I also created my own brand and collection of clothes, I create jewelry, paintings, ceramics and other artistic projects.It is on the basis of my knowledge and experience gained from many years of work in this area that I have developed my own method of holistic development based on new methods of psychological work, meditation, mindfulness, work with breath and body.I believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Therefore, it is important to find a balance between material and spiritual life.
