I am an experienced, safety conscious Business Process Improvement leader in the food production and controlled environment agriculture industry. I have extensive experience in managing a large-scale multi-systems facility and possess the skills to lead people to achieve company objectives by developing and implementing policies that focus on food & people safety, quality, and employee engagement. As a successful manager of several employees and facilities, I also manage my own budgets with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining high levels of morale.
