Main activities and responsibilities• Work as part of the team in our Guest Services area in the centre, meet and greet guests, dealing with any queries and resolving any issues that arise• Adopt the ‘Everyone Leaves Happy’ culture, always taking on a positive, proactive and professional approach• Promote additional products and services while meeting targets and providing a positive experience to our guests• Respond to face to face, email and social media feedback, building rapport and representing the McArthurGlen brand• All administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner e.g. online gift card order• Take ownership and maintain McArthurGlen’s high standards across the Guest Service area to ensure it is welcoming, well-organised and stocked with guest and brand information• Work collaboratively with the team, always ensuring the Guest is at the heart of everything we do• First aid and customer assistance for every kind of emergency• Gift Card prepaid selling.
