 Providing accurate forecasts for Yacht, Aviation and Architecture projects through leading meetings with Project Managers and Associates for revenue projection and capacity purposes. Coordinating and managing staff capacity across the whole company. Monitoring project progress against the agreed budgets of days and highlighting any issues with the Senior Partner in Finance. Assisting Project Managers in putting together budgets of days for projects. Flagging any issues relating to commercials, payments, pitch projects etc. Providing financial reports to the Board and Senior Leadership Team Preparing time reconciliation reports for the Clients Coordinating flow of information between Finance and PMs regarding capacity, time, etc Administering and reviewing timesheets with the PMs to ensure the time is tracked against the correct projects, phases and codes.

 Creating new opportunities for selling new connections, equipment and services to new and existing clients, answering clients inquiries, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files, as well as all other Excel databases on all existing clients Ensuring that all customers are regularly updated on the progress of their pending orders. Creating accurate Account Management and Contract files for all new clients

Personal Assistant:o Supporting the Managing Director as his PA, creation of a strategy for a long term project of gatheringoutstanding employee information for over 100 employees, gathering and processing personal information for the purpose of enhanced DBS check Operations department:o Handling corporate client requests via phone and email, scheduling employees across the country andarrangement of subcontracted work HR department:o Assisting with company’s recruitment, employee concierge - processing expenses and holiday requests, informing staff of HR policy and protocol, investigating and solving issues related to the timesheets

- 1st line support for technical and process issues, raised by internal customers in purchasing system, solving them or directing to 2nd line support, as well as monitoring their status- Contact with internal customers in above mentioned issues mainly in EMEA- Activation of blocked vendors in purchasing system - Active participation in improvement projects of processes- Master data and third parties collaboration (Sourcing specialsts, Master Data Owners and others)- Solving ad hoc problems - Conducting a practical training and work shadowing for a new employee- Organisation of integration event
