In charge of the complete recruitment process for international profiles within the company (Marketing, Legal, Project Management, Product Specialist, Health and Safety, HR, Finance, Strategy, Quality, IT and industrial roles). Locations covered: Europe, Asia, Australia and USA.- Collaborate with the managers to define the profile needed- Job posting, CV Pre-screening, face to face interviews and preparation of shortlists- Coordinating with external agencies when needed.

1. Talent Acquisition: in charge of the complete recruitment process for the whole company, recruiting all kind of profiles in different locations (internationally).2. Training: managing all training actions (training plan, budget, and training operations). 3. Internal Communication:In coordination with HR Manager and Marketing department, to create new initiatives and channels to share with all the employees (internationally and in the industry plants) all the information relevant for the company, from HR news to official communications about the company.4. HR Admin support- Health and Safety process- Manage records and files about the employees- Give any support needed to other departments (back-office tasks)
