In my new role as Country Director Avenga Ukraine, I'm responsible for the complete cycle of HR operations, including the recruitment process and staffing, employer branding, communication, company brand awareness, and PR operations.

Lviv IT Office is one of the departments of Lviv City Council that deals with e-governance and smart services. My team strives for simple and accessible communication between citizens and local government. Our mission is to introduce up-to-date solutions for e-democracy and effective city management system and smart city solutions. Our projects:- smart city – smart district, smart-parking, e-ticket, smart terminals/payments;- e-government – Portal of Lviv citizen;- startups – startup competition organiser (Ideathon 1,2,3), startup community manager, sturtups support&promotion. In 2018 Lviv city got Startup city award for startup support, development and promotion;- e-services – open data portal, e-petitions, participatory budgeting, Mobile ID;- promotion – Forum 451E: SMART CITIES edition;- e-education – e-library, smart district, Hour of code, smart classes, promotion;- e-mobility – in 2018Lviv is the first city of Ukraine to adopt the е-mobility concept; - open data - in 2017 Lviv got 1 place in Transparency in international almost 60 points out 0f 100, that is the best result in the country.

Lviv IT Cluster - community, which cooperate and bring together biggest IT companies in order to develop IT in Lviv as well in Ukraine. We manage different projects like IT House, IT Research, IT Tour, IT Club, IT Expert, IT Future and IT Arena which aims to make IT one of the most prosperous and attractive sphere of business in our city/We see Lviv as a city, where biggest Ukrainian and international companies in the sphere of informational technologies and business-services are locates, city that is comfortable to live and work in, city with the highest level of education in Ukraine.
