CurrentKey Responsibilities:1. Time Management and Prioritization:o Effectively prioritize workload to ensure all tasks and activities are completed in line with company standards and time-critical requirements.2. Reporting and Information Gathering:o Compile and prepare various reports, including but not limited to:• Workplace Assessment (WPAx) reports• Recover at Work Plans• Vocational Assessment (Voc) reports• Labour Market Analysis (LMA) reports• Medical Case Conference (MCC) agendas• Progress Reports3. File Management and Billing:o Update file notes, including VOXER, for consultants and manage all related billing processes.4. Communication and Updates:o Draft and complete email updates for consultant review and distribution.o Follow up on the completion of screening tools and re-administer them via phone as needed.5. Business Development and Case Load Management:o Maintain regular communication with direct managers and lead consultants regarding business development opportunities, case load status, and the nature of referrals.6. Appointment Scheduling:o Schedule various appointments, including:• Assessment appointments for consultants• Medical Case Conferences (MCC) for consultants• Medical appointments (e.g., imaging, treatment) for clients7. Liaison with Treating Parties:o Communicate via email, fax, or phone to:• Obtain treatment updates and reports• Acquire up-to-date medical certificates and referrals from treating doctors• Secure approvals and signatures on required documentation from treaters
