I'm in charge of the production of al our contents through the production division, internal to the agency. As a producer, I am responsible of all the production and the post production processes.According to the involved assets and available budget, I play also the role of the line producer and, occasionaly, production manager.I am responsible for the renewals of the buy outs, the negotiation and contracts of testimonial/celebrities. I am in charge of the research and kick off dealings with the external resources (creative teams, strategists, translators) as well as the cost control of the communication department.I am in charge of the supervision of the development and updating of the websites of the brands that we manage.
