- Coordinate and control the implementation of all in-store activities such as demo days, branded areas, special promotions... - Monitoring and analysis of the impact on sales of different promotional activities.- Manage the distribution and deployment of POS material to the stores via the External Sales Force.- Lead the in-store Category Management Project in the Spanish market in order to increase: traffic flow in store, the average selling price and the overall category value.- Collaborate with external companies like Nielsen or TNS in order to create planograms of different categories and develop studies on consumer behavior.

- Supported the introduction of new products launched throughout the channel.- Daily analysis of sales and inventory, monthly pricing, completion of monthly forecast and budget control.- Communication of the monthly promotion and introduction of new products to wholesalers.
