• Prepare weekly newsletters and promotional emails, leveraging CRM data to send targeted content, and organise their delivery across multiple channels.• Work with digital agency to brief, execute, evaluate and optimise social media campaigns and display activity within set timeframes and budgets.• Create and optimise landing pages ahead of campaign/product launches, audit the content and implement new website components to improve the user experience.• Integrate inspirational content in the magazine and improve the brand's social media presence.• Monitor competitors through multi-channel research strategies to best capitalise on markettrends and anticipate changes in customer interests.
