I have a strong foundation in structuring projects geared towards corporate growth and have successfully led high-performance teams ranging from 20 to 80 individuals. My focus lies in achieving goals related to attraction, retention, and conversion. I hold an MBA from the University of Canada West, a Master's in Marketing from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, a Master's in Digital Marketing and Commercial Management from ENAE Business School, and a specialization in Marketing Management for Digital Environments from the Universidad del Rosario.
