As a Lawyer, throughout my career I have provided legal advice in labor law compliance for best HR practices. Also legalization processes for foreigners and legal support for foreign clients with real estate investments in Portugal and incorporation of companies and tax representation. My experience also covers corporate law, litigation in various areas such as criminal, administrative, labor and civil. However, as I have always had a view of Law also from a business perspective, I decided to take on a challenge in the area of ​​knowledge management and for 8 years I was Responsible for the Knowledge Management Department of a Law Firm, having subsequently founded the Consulting for Management of MM/KM Knowledge, supporting law firms in strategic planning and defining knowledge management systems, especially in defining processes and policies that encourage the sharing and retention of knowledge, supporting legal teams in researching and studying legal topics, as well as developing training plans in the areas of knowledge management and clean desk, especially with a view to implementing data protection policies and practices. I currently provide legal support mainly in areas related to the real estate sector, data protecion and intelectual proprety, insurance and franchising.
