Since my studies at SWPS University, one of my dreams has been to teach at this university. Being invited to co-create the postgraduate course "Strategic Talent and Development Management in a Company" is an ennoblement and a reason for me to be proud to be a member of the group of top development practitioner experts in Poland.My responsibilities include:📚 Delivering classes on the basics of the Gallup approach. In my classes, I focus on developing an attitude of openness to strengths. I teach how to develop talents so that they form a strong basis for employees' daily achievements.🤝 Collaborating with the lecturer team.

As part of my self-employed business, I worked as a specialist, coach and trainer most of the time. Since 2016, I have regularly collaborated with other specialists in projects implemented by my business. These collaborations led to the founding of Strengths Community.My responsibilities included:📍Designing development programs for managers, teams and key employees.📍Conducting managerial and management coaching.📍Conduct team coaching and action learning sessions.📍Counseling on managing teams and designing development activities for project participants.📍Managing development projects based on Gallup tools.During my activity, I implemented projects for Polish and international brands, such as: Lafarge, Deichman, Oetker, Codility, EDF, WSB, Vistula, Benefit Systems.I recognize my greatest successes to be:🟢 designing and delivering an extensive development program for PayU teams based on Gallup's CliftonStrengths talent, 🤝 initiating a series of Gallup Strengths Community Talent Enthusiast Meetups, which, continued by the Strengths Community, significantly expanded the knowledge of the CliftonStrengths tool in Poland.

During my time with TROP Group, my responsibilities included:📍Planning and conducting development projects in personal, psychological and social skills.📍Conducting training and team coaching.📍Support sales of "Track of Quality" projects with Andrzej Blikle.🧭 As my personal success in cooperation with TROP Group, I consider the mentoring project implemented with Jace Jakubowski. As part of the program, the trainers created original training and development programs solving specific problems of different environments and social groups. Several of them were implemented in cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).The original project 🟠 Kreatyfki - School of Advertising Right Ideas 🟠 implemented with W.A.R.K.A. Association, I co-created with today's Strengths Community Managing Partner Dorota Krasnodębska-Wnorowska. The program was aimed at involving young people in the preparation of social campaigns promoting solutions to local problems.

As part of my work with Intra, I was responsible for:📍 Supporting organizational and business customer service.📍Creating training programs and development plans for groups📍Conducting team training sessions📍Coaching of managers📍Coaching of key employees📍Conducting Train The Trainers workshops (including coaching classes within the Intra Business Coach School)🌱 I consider my greatest success in cooperation with the Intra to be all the changes that have taken place in the participants and attendees of the trainings and coaching I provide.💡 Also noteworthy is the co-organization of a training event for alumni and clients of the Intra, during which I had the pleasure of conducting a training on the possibility of implementing mentoring into the organization.

Intra is my first and most important vocational training center. The current in which the trainers and psychotherapists here work and the standards of their work have shaped my life and professional values.I had the pleasure of working directly with the founders of the Center.My responsibilities included:📍Conducting train the trainer trainings - Train The Trainer📍Co-conducting workshops for students (in classes conducted for SWPS University).📍Conducting classes as part of prevention programs in Warsaw schools.💎 I consider my biggest success to be leading several student groups through a training skills workshop. I meet many students from those classes in the coaching profession or development departments of well-known organizations.
