She is the loving voice behind her podcast, “The Practice of Being Human,” and the creative brain behind her new online membership offering, also titled “The Practice of Being Human.” Marta is a former therapist, Mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend, and a fellow human-er. She unites her unique experiences with her coaching credentials to help her clients live differently. Her mission is to help people, especially young people, live from a more conscious, authentic, and skillful place.
