Main Responsibilities: • Registration of operations in Fund Manager, ensuring its correction, if needed;• Ensure the correct implementation concerning the procedure manual and the regulation regarding financial management and operations;• Ensure and control all budgets;• Check registered operations, asset valuations, account reconciliation and the reports to be send to Supervisory Authorities;• Control accounts and daily calculate, for each fund, the Net Asset Value (NAV) and the quotations of participating units;• Provide financial, tax or operational information, whenever requested, to the Supervisory Authorities, the Board of Directors, the Company's internal clients, external consultants and external auditors, as well as to the remaining units of the Company;• Support the Financial and Operations Manager in the preparation of the Company's annual budget and business plans.

Main Responsibilities:• Support business areas in monthly planning of Sales, Sales Deductions and Marketing investments (Forecasting and Target Plans), ensuring that the guidelines and target ratios were respected;• Daily Report and Analysis of Sales & Marketing status evolution vs. plans;• Daily Report and Analysis of Business Scorecard (developed within the department);• Report and Analysis of main company KPIs regarding core products;• Support in month-end procedures;• Analysis of company’s P&L;• Support in the process of manage and control Marketing budget;• Adhoc analysis requested by Top Management;• Follow-up of business evolution and together with several teams develop tools and/or improve processes to optimize daily management.

Key Member of an international SAP implementation project, mainly in FI-CO modules, which main responsibilities were:• Detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide tailor made system solutions;• Analysis, Design, customization, test and maintenance of SAP FICO processes;• Data Migration responsible;• Project Manager Officer (PMO);
