Financial Controller
Main Responsibilities: • Registration of operations in Fund Manager, ensuring its correction, if needed;• Ensure the correct implementation concerning the procedure manual and the regulation regarding financial management and operations;• Ensure and control all budgets;• Check registered operations, asset valuations, account reconciliation and the reports to be send to Supervisory Authorities;• Control accounts and daily calculate, for each fund, the Net Asset Value (NAV) and the quotations of participating units;• Provide financial, tax or operational information, whenever requested, to the Supervisory Authorities, the Board of Directors, the Company's internal clients, external consultants and external auditors, as well as to the remaining units of the Company;• Support the Financial and Operations Manager in the preparation of the Company's annual budget and business plans.
