Sabadell Consulting is the in-house consulting unit of Banco Sabadell, the fourth Spanish banking group by asset volume. Its purpose is to contribute to define the Group strategic approach, to execute strategic and cross functional projects and to provide talent to the Group. It has been a key piece in the Group’s recent growth, actively participating in Banco Sabadell’s major transformation processes

- Development of strategy and operations projects. Working for organizations of reference with international presence. - Business solution definition with a customer centric vision validated with business cases that justify economically the solutions proposed.- Lead of change management to allow agile culture implementation.- Examples of results of projects carried out: *Transformation of central services through analysis and validation of more than 1,400 processes justifying 12M€ savings. *Optimization of the areas of operations and distribution as part of the global strategic project in a banking entity in UK allowing 28% FTEs savings. * Cash operations optimization becoming a loss-making service (20% loss) in a profitableone (30% benefit) * Proposal of a differentiated portfolio of customer-oriented services offered by theforeign trade operations area. * Coordination of business and operations areas to assure alignment in Target Operation Model.
