I'm passionate about ways to support collaborative innovation. I work at the intersection of academia and practice. My main research interests revolve around the design of innovation spaces, open innovation mechanisms, property rights, and entrepreneurship education. I combine my research work with the organization of corporate innovation programs that involve interdisciplinary teams of students and practitioners, such as InnoDays, InnoSchool, and InnoLab.I hold a double master’s degree in international management from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and Fudan University (Shanghai, China) and a Ph.D. in business administration from Jönköping International Business School (Sweden). During my Ph.D., I spent my visiting researcher semester at HAAS School of Business at UC Berkeley (USA). I have lived in several countries in Europe, Asia, and the USA. I am always eager to learn about different cultures and explore new ecosystems. I am particularly interested in methods to scale up local innovations to create a broader sustainable impact.
