In this period I collaborated with R+D in more than 15 new projects• I was responsible for improving the products that already existed in the 5 production lines in the factory, over 15 references (brioche, puff pastry, cupcakes, cakes and laminated yeast products) • I was responsible for improving the productivity of the lines, but always taking care of the product.
