CurrentDuring my initial experience working at CTW, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a 6-week UX academy. This immersive program taught me valuable knowledge of CTW's working model and the UX methodology applied to the BMW context. My main focus was applying user-centred design principles to develop a tool for CTW's community. This involved thorough research, insightful interviews, user journey mapping, and creating a compelling product vision. I ensured a seamless and impactful user experience through iterative processes like user testing. Conducted also research, interviews, and user journey mapping to create a compelling product vision. ___I am currently part of a development team that focuses on creating software for BMW's production lines. As a UX Designer at CTW, I support product vision creation and ensure a consistent user experience for our software. I conduct research activities, collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders, and advocate for meeting user needs throughout the product development process. I actively participate in Scrum events and contribute to MVP planning and product releases. I also support epics and user stories with UX artefacts and design high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes based on UI patterns and best practices in usability and accessibility.I'm always promoting a collaborative environment and effectively communicating design decisions that are aligned with our user goals, business objectives, and technical constraints.
