Responsible of two different unit functions, precisely:- the Center of Recruiting Excellence (CORE) at the National Head Office of Manpower Srl, - the Center of Delivery (COD), located both in Turin and Milan.I coordinate Delivery (HR and administrative management of Temporary workers) and Recruitment processes for National and Key Accounts in cooperation with all Manpower business lines for providing high quality and efficient HR services to our clients (from 8 to 200 people in 2 years).The main tasks under my responibility consist in: - Definition of KPIs in terms of timing and quality of our output- Monitoring of CORE/COD contribution to all Business Lines profitability- Support to each Business Line in designing technical solution for delivery- Advising branches and Sales functions with respect to the selection process.
