I helped to introduce new work flow models for tv and online correspondents as well as news and program producers. I have also been responsible for the strategic development of the online news production for the organization. Main responsibilities and skills: Newsroom management, content planning for all three language versions of lsm.lv, cross platform (tv+online/mobile) content planning , multimedia story telling, change management.
