My career so far has spanned across Europe, Middle East, Russian Federation & CIS, Africa, APAC and LATAM. I also combine agency/RPO background with significant in-house expertise and I am comfortable working at board/investor level. My "sweet spot" are pre IPO, VC funded tech and professional services companies looking at expanding their footprint, increase headcount and position themselves as an Employer of Choice in their industries.
