GFA 320.000m2- Dakeng Urban Design, TaiwanA master plan for a mountain resort area. Includes a hotel, service apartment, visitor clubhouse, and private villas. The project is sensitive to the site’s steep terrain and employs water conservation and retention methods to limit impact on the natural landscape. 13.5Ha- Golden Bohai Bay Reclamation Zone, DalianAn international airport city, making use of the northward economic expansion of Dalian city. Creating a high-end industry core to complement the new transportation hub. 10Km2- Central Business District, WuxiA master plan for an area intended to supplement Wuxi’s city center, using a mixed-use development strategy to provide new functions and amenities. Enhance the site’s living environment by providing high-quality residential fabric and focusing on water strategies to improve the ecological conditions.
