LCA are specialists in the creation of cosy, luxury corporate spaces for City of London professionals. I was behind the design, development, and delivery of training sessions to new members of the team. I adapted lessons to suit audiences through the selection of a range of learning styles and cultural needs. I monitored learner progression through assessment and questioning sessions. I played a key role in the development and distribution of a legislative information system application ‘Legis’, and provided expert support across institutions with a focus on achieving regulatory compliance within the Brasov City Hall and Brasov Court of Auditors technical function.
