• Devise and deliver consultancy programmes to support students into positive graduate outcomes.• Work with academic leads to support the development of graduate attributes within curriculum across all programmes, courses and and departmental events. • Design, teach and conduct assessment of an embedded career development programme across the undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio.• Work closely with academic and professional colleagues to build an expanding network of employers, identifying new opportunities for placements, internships, events, and workshops. • Create innovative work experience opportunities and programmes for students and graduates which reflect the graduate labour market and early talent landscape.• Promote opportunities for employers and recruiters to engage with Roehampton talent within certain faculties and cohorts.

• Utilise CRM reports to identify trends and needs among the company's client base• Undertake labour market research and produce resources for Employment Advisers to develop knowledge of in-demand sectors• Serve as the primary point of contact for the team regarding specific client needs, providing tailored guidance, resources, as well as ad-hoc training on labour market topics• Craft other training materials and resources for internal use to foster the development of good practice

Manage and deliver one-to-one employment, training and/or education support to a caseload of 40 clients from different backgrounds and with multiple and complex needs. The support provided includes:• Goal-setting, co-producing individual (SMART) support plans and providing a clear pathway towards the labour market• Job searching, CV, cover letter and interview preparation support• Facilitate access to information, as well as to corporate partners' workshops, events and other opportunities in line with clients' goals and needs• Coordination of mentoring and digital skills support for clients, as well as support delivered by volunteersAdditional tasks included:• Representing BB in external settings and delivering focus groups and CV workshops externally to contribute to the company's outreach strategy• Delivering induction sessions to newly recruited Employment Advisers• Contributed to the formation of the company’s first Employee Forum and acted as a team representative

• Provided community development support to grassroot community organisations led by refugees and asylum seekers all over Scotland• Administered in-house funding programmes and produced ad-hoc capacity building training• Collaborated with the Scottish Government and COSLA to facilitate access for community groups to the New Scots Integration Delivery Project, a £2.8 million funding opportunity to promote employability, health and social connections for refugees nationwide

• Supported community resilience by designing and delivering a peer support project • Recruited and inducted 25 volunteers with lived experience of the asylum system• Supported peer volunteers to build new skills and develop knowledge of the most relevant support services in Dundee, with the aim to increase access for the whole community
