I am a freelance senior interior designer with over 10 years industry experience. I am available on freelance basis to help out with the workload you might be experiencing right now. I am open to work on all types of projects ie. hospitality, office, high-end residential etc. I can work on all parts of the design process, technical drawings, surveys, presentation boards, schedules etc. I have a vast experience in working on projects from start to finish: from taking clients brief, through research and presentation to drawing package, schedules and works on site. I am passionate about my work and easily build new relationships with clients, I can work well under pressure and can deliver work to the highest of standard and attention to detail. I also have experience in social media as I have run one for previous company for nearly 10 years and graphic design which comes in handy at times when clients is requiring a logo or marketing materials. My role as senior interior designer involved all areas of interior design with the added responsibility for marketing, social media and company admin. I have been fully involved in all aspects of both large and small scale design projects, from meeting with clients and taking their brief, to research and development of the scheme – then transforming my findings into scheme boards with all samples and concepts to present to client. I would than use the detailed information to work up the designs on the drawing package – I would send these to appropriate contractors or put them through the tender process to select the best companies for the job. I am proficient at setting up F&F schedules for all items needed to complete the job and project managing the process to ensure the schedule remains on target, costs are controlled, contractors remain well informed, risks are well managed and the client remains informed and happy.I am very particular when completing snagging lists to ensure a high quality finish and have even been intimately involved with dressing the venue for the opening at the request of the client.
