Accountable for project and service delivery.• Worked with senior business leadership and CIO to assess and establish priorities for IT initiatives and communicated them properly during the budgeting process.• Coordinated and prioritized multi-national business requirements for a Latin American SAP implementation, supporting the company’s business strategy (increased operational efficiencies and cost savings).• Defined and monitored initiatives following the SDLC lifecycle ensuring their successful completion on time, within scope and within budget (e.g. S&OP process support, warehouse utilization, etc.)• Led a $900K international initiative (Honduras and El Salvador) with a team of approximately 30 people. Delivered this initiative within budget and timeline. Enhanced and aligned local supply chain processes with regional (Latin American) process definitions supporting the roll-out of supply chain planning optimization tools. Focused on change management, preparing local operations for a global advanced planning system to be implemented within the next four years. • Improved and harmonized procurement processes supported via the deployment of new SAP functionality (Request for proposal and outline agreement module) to reduce company’s purchase cost and improve efficiencies.• Established and maintained a healthy relationship with the SC&M functional areas (business stakeholders).

Successfully managed SAP maintenance (MM, FICO) for the Honduras and El Salvador operations with approximately 800 users. Managed the expansion of the SAP footprint (PM, MRP, MPS, Flexible Planning) throughout the two countries. Oversaw integration work with SAP, such as in-house developed systems (SQL based).• Managed and developed a team of nine SAP system analysts across Honduras and El Salvador.• Introduced an SAP roadmap to the company. Deployed functionality considering corporate business needs and global IT strategies.• Successfully managed maintenance and project budgets of $200K - $1M. Projects went live on-time, within scope and within budget.• Implemented new capabilities for the business ensuring little to no deviation from SAP standard.• Managed projects following formal SDLC methodologies and company policies.• IT Leader for a Shared Services Center implementation (for Finance and Purchase-to-Pay processes), for Honduras and El Salvador.

ERP and CRM Implementation Director. Managed multiple customer facing projects (vehicle dealers, newspaper, wholesale of consumer products, chemical laboratories, etc.) with a team of 10 consultants. Negotiated scope, budget and schedule changes with customer executives. Developed the strategy and vision for the ERP and CRM implementation department. Supported pre-sales activities to generate new business. Hired and developed consultants to grow the ERP Implementation department. Systems supported included: Microsoft Great Plains, Siebel Systems, SPC – Regional ERP solution, Buxis – HR solution from Uruguay.
