Coordination of merchandising projects (Pop-Ups, POS, Sample boxes), operational managementMaison Francis Kurkdjian, Armani, Shiseido, Issey Miyake, Tag Heuer...- Strategic planning: Making sure to meet deadlines and staying on track with the goals of the different projects, follow-up retroplanning.- Budget management: Production cost tracking, quotation, invoice processing for suppliers and clients.- Briefing suppliers: Prototyping of POSM respecting our technical drawings and design.- Analysis of suppliers’s proposals: Reports with comparative information on the different prices and materials used, taking into account production and shipping times. - Research of trends and sustainable materials: Search for innovative materials that respect ecological constraints and can be adapted to the project and identity of each brand.- Logistic: Quantitative forecasting and ensuring timely delivery of Point of Sale Materials
