• NGO Funding Programs:- Currently managing three NGO-focused capacity building and funding programs, each valued at ~3 mln. euros. Two programs focus on EU values, while one targets the prevention of gender-based violence. My ongoing responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the management and control systems, designing calls for proposals and capacity building programs, and overseeing the entire project selection process (including the recruitment, training, and management of pool of evaluators). I also lead a team of project officers supervising NGO grantees.- Contributed to the design and drafting of grant applications for NGO funding program intermediaries (EEA & Norway Grants, ~9 mln. euros; EU CERV, ~3 mln. euros).- Administered NGO funding schemes, including contract preparation and grantee support throughout the project lifecycle. Monitored funded projects for compliance with grant terms and objectives.- Providing ongoing expertise and strategic advice on NGO funding and civil society-related issues.• Civil Society Empowerment Projects:- Successfully coordinated civil society empowerment projects with budgets up to 250,000 euros, overseeing financial management and reporting to donors.• Maternity and Educational Leaves (2019-2022, 2023)

• Advocacy:- coordinated evidence-based advocacy campaigns, focusing on SDGs, PCD, and global education during the European Year for Development 2015 (EYD2015) and the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU in 2013;- analysed international development-related policies, offering expertise in working groups and engaging with the media.• Strategic Partnerships and Networking:- extended partnerships and networks with NGOs from Lithuania and across the EU;- played a pivotal role in joint advocacy and development awareness initiatives.• Program Management:- spearheaded international development awareness projects and NGO capacity-building programs;- successfully coordinated projects (budgets ~ 50,000 - 135,000 EUR), including financial management and reporting to donors.• Leadership and Organizational Development:- led a team of up to 6 members, overseeing recruitment, training, and day-to-day coordination;- strategically developed the national development NGOs' network, increasing membership by 25% and implementing organizational changes for sustained growth.

• Management and Strategic Development of the Division:- developed and implemented the division's strategic plan, contributing to the overall organizational strategy;- initiated projects and programs aligned with the strategic plan, from initial stakeholder contact to drafting long-term project proposals;- provided leadership to a team of 2 project managers and supervised interns.• Program Management:- oversaw the development and implementation of projects aimed at promoting democratization, human and labor rights, and civil society development in the EESC's program countries (Afghanistan, Belarus, Ukraine, etc.);- successfully implemented 10 international projects (budgets ~ 50,000 - 160,000 EUR);- organized various events, including high-level conferences, trainings, and discussions;- monitored expenditures and managed overall financial aspects of projects;- executed internal project evaluations, reported to donors;- prepared funding applications for international and national donors;- created and coordinated projects’ communication strategies, ensuring constant updates for the website and effective representation to governmental, NGO, and private entities.

• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of citizenship leadership projects in South Africa and Mozambique, involving the design of M&E tools, field data collection, data analysis, and reporting

• Project Coordination:- designed and coordinated non-formal education projects for youth across various European countries, successfully overseeing more than 20 international projects (budgets ~ 50,000 - 100,000 EUR);- organized various events, mostly youth trainings and exchanges;- monitored expenditures and managed the overall financial aspects of projects, reported to donors;- achieved a 95% success rate in preparing funding applications for international donors.• Leadership and Team Management:- effectively led and coordinated multicultural teams of up to 10 members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.• Capacity Building and Training:- provided project coordination training to member organizations and supported them in project development, including application drafting;- facilitated non-formal educational workshops.
