- Based in various locations including UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Sweden, Vietnam - short and long-term projects for various airline partners; adhering to career’s own service standards- Leading teams onboard an Airbus A320 and A321 aircrafts by ensuring safety, excellent customer service and smooth running of flights - 180-220 passengers per one sector- Guiding and supervising work of crew, performing check flights and familiarisation flights, as well as aircraft visits (public speaking for groups up to 50 listeners)- Delivering high impact competency based Safety Training programs, applying appropriate training methods to cabin crew. - Monitoring and supporting learners through objective and constructive feedback, supported by documentation and e-learning systems- Conducting one-on-one consultative sessions to ensure achievement of learning outcomes and competencies; providing feedback.
