As a Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for planning and management of the activities of the project ensuring efficient usage of assigned resources and adequate alignment of scope, schedule, budget and human resources. I was also engaged in marketing activities, managing social media, establishing various processes, and streamlining them.Thanks to my engagement, the company signed a contract (EV $180’000) with an overseas client and started the project about implementing the NLP solutions in the field of education.I have also been involved as a Junior Project Manager in the project aiming at developing an AI system to monitor social media/news and seek for investment opportunities for the Londonbased hedge fund. The system was built using Machine Learning and NLP technology. It helps to reduce costs, automate the analytics work, detect the articles and prevent omitting investment opportunities.

Taking part in a project which aimed at improving the way of storing raw materials in the warehouse. Such optimization lead to reduction of machines set up times and unexpected breakdowns which occurred due to incompatibility between paper rolls supplied to the machine.
