In my first role at GAMA Healthcare, I was responsible for setting up foundations for digital activity: building up a new team, implementing workflows and processes, consolidating our martech stack and devising an effective digital strategy to support a phase of intense growth of the company at the time. As a result of expansion of my responsibility and my team, I was promoted to Head of Digital role.

Looking after digital communication at Oriflame, I was responsible for development and implementation of the whole online strategy in one of the largest direct selling beauty companies in Poland.
