-Individual Coaching and Mentoring sessions with clients-Supervisions with other Coaches and Mentors

-Creating strategy plan for future take over of the newly bought portfolio as well as together with team drawing extensions/ inner transformation of the Shopping Centres, including preparation of financial study with annual income of ca. 55 mio EUR;-Creating and executing human resources plan for future take over of mentioned portfolio;-Creating and executing long-term strategy for selected projects in the company’s portfolio (3 shopping centres), including financial studies of the total value ca. 15 mio EUR;-Negotiation of lease agreements;-Recruiting team, close cooperation with HR Department-Managing lease agreements, rental payments control, coordination of dates set in the lease agreements, coordination of collaterals delivery;-Development of long-term good relations with business partners, tenants in particular;-Taking part in the process of creation and delivery of income budgets in selected projects in portfolio;-Monitoring and analysis of competition;-Building a value of each property according to set strategy;-Creating plans of redevelopment and extension of selected projects in portfolio;-Close cooperation with Shopping Centre Directors as well as other departments within the company in order to build a complete and professional service and management value.

-Creating and implementing expansion strategy for New Look Brand in Poland as well as proposal of further expansion in other CEE markets (average store sizes of 400 to 800 sqm);-Takeover of retail chain of 10 stores from franchise partner;-Business potential evaluation in terms of new locations and brand potential;Competitors’ analysis and constant market research in terms of commercial real estate;-Evaluation of investment return, preparation of capex proposals for new stores and presentation to the Board;-Monitoring and approval of rental payments based on the lease agreements;-Negotiating and renegotiating business conditions and lease agreements;-Managing of the existing stores portfolio in terms of real estate and lease agreements;-Optimising portfolio- stores’ size enlargement, decrease, relocations;-Close cooperation with the Board and the Headquarters;-Close cooperation with other Departments within company: sales department, design and construction, marketing, finance and others;-Liaison and management of external law firms providing services to New Look.

- development of company chain by finding new locations in Poland, Lithuania and Estonia;- business potential evaluation;- evalution of investments return, preparation of Investment Proposals and constant supervision of the process;- negotiation and renegotiation of lease contracts;- close cooperation with the Board and the Headquarters;- constant cooperation with the Landlords, Agencies, authorities etc.

-creating expansion strategy for the Region (Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary);-searching for locations for new shops, negotiating of new and renewal of existing Lease Contracts; -Project Management of investments in the Region, which includes: preparing investment profiles/ budgets for each project, planning and coordination of investments, cooperation with contractors, budget control of investment, arranging related contracts and services to prepare shop for full operation, taking over units after finalized fit-out, investments recap; -managing of legal and administration issues related to Lease Contracts and investments;-managing of insurance policies for all business units of the company in the Region.
