I coordinate and provide expert guidance to corporate design projects related to customer experience, digital services and services innovation.

For the annual edition of the Social Enterprise Open Camp - an immersive conference and bootcamp involving social entrepreneurs from Italy, Europe and Africa - I designed and coordinated workshop activities meant to help a social enterprise scale up its business, leveraging co-design and collective intelligence. For 2021 edition, I also coordinated online workshops to provide Italian social entrepreneurs and students with design-driven tools. For 2022 edition, I designed the overall methodology applied by the entire team of facilitators supporting the social enterprises participating in the bootcamp.

I coordinated the design of a mobility B2C and B2B app, meant to allow car drivers to easily find and manage city park and charge services.

Within the Digital Service Design Agency of Capgemini Italia, I worked daily with tech experts and engagement managers to make sure the IT solutions deployed really take into account end-users needs, contexts, and behaviours. From the pre-sales and bid phase to the co-design workshops involving relevant stakeholders, I developed and coordinated service, UX, and UI design programs, being in charge of multidisciplinary teams.The projects I worked on include B2E, B2B, and B2C solutions for different industries, ranging from Banking and Insurance to Retail, and from Consumer Goods to Governmental Agencies.

Over three years I coordinated UX, service and content design projects, supporting organisations in their innovation and change management processes to keep up with their customers and the market. The key ingredients of my work were the active engagement of all the stakeholders and a co-design approach. The clients I worked with include Intesa Sanpaolo, Enel, Ermenegildo Zegna, Salini Impregilo, and other international companies.

Before startups, coworking offices, and open innovation became mainstream, I contributed to the growth and establishment of the first Italian Impact Hub, an international network offering spaces, services and contents to social innovators, entrepreneurs, and freelances. I created thousands of connections among more than 300 professionals, organised inspirational events, and facilitated workshops, being in charge of the community management - from the design of members’ experience to the internal communication.
