Responsible for the Alpargatas Group business in Portugal (Havaianas and Dupé Brands – over 7M€ Revenue):- Definition of the country’s strategic priorities and follow up on their execution- Sales: definition of the annual sales goals and follow up on their achievement - Marketing: validation and approval of the annual marketing plan and budget- Finance: supervision of the finance admin results in terms of late debts, credit analysis and DSO- Customer Service and Operations: supervision of the customer service admin KPIs- Retail: define the country’s retail strategy and support the EHQ Retail team with the local implementations.

Managing the Portuguese part of the Iberian business of Havaianas, by developing the following activities:- Definition of the commercial policy for the Portuguese market according to the different distribution channels, aligned with the company’s strategy- Coordination of the existing sales agency, in order to achieve the annual sales goals - Definition of the annual sales goals, together with the Iberian Country Manager- Managing the customers’ credits and bad debt policy in the market- Preparing the Annual Marketing Plan for Portugal - Distributing and controlling the annual budget for the country’s marketing activities- Coordination of the PR Agency in order to achieve the annual PR goals - Managing the Brand Image and Brand Health in Portugal.
