Finance Project Manager
Current- Subsidized Finance Specialist and Project Funding Management: Responsible for identifying and securing financing from public and private entities to support company growth and innovation strategies. I successfully coordinated different funding requests, all of which were approved. This involved entities such as Simest, the Ministry, and the Piedmont Region, with projects aimed at supporting internationalization, digitalization, and production expansion.-Management of Relations with Financial and Public Institutions: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with institutions such as Simest, the Ministry, Invitalia, as well as banks and regional entities, to facilitate access to subsidized financial resources. This role includes ongoing analysis of funding calls, project design, and coordination of financing applications, along with management of verification and reporting phases.- Financial Planning and Control: Conduct income statement and balance sheet analysis, and monitor economic performance to support informed strategic decisions.- Budget Oversight and Spending Decisions: Oversee company budget, establish payment priorities and resource allocation, and supervise company liquidity to ensure financial balance.- Administrative Coordination: Supervise the administrative team and daily accounting activities, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with corporate strategies.
