During my internship in Grand Hyatt Barcelona, I have taken part in, depending on the Talent Acquisition Director:1. Selection: Selecting CVs from entry-level to directive positions. Attending directive position interviews.2. Interviews: Conducting interviews and pre-screenings of entry-level candidates.3. Training: Conducting the Hyatt’s culture Onboarding and training the new-comers in ‘Creating Connections’. 4. Event organization: Depending on the HR Director, Organizing the arrival, stay and event of an external company at the hotel.5. Help-desk: Resolving and redirecting any daily requests from the employees related to HR.

During my internship at Kids&Us, an international franchise renowned for innovative English language teaching methods for children, I gained invaluable experience in both finance and legal departments. Based at the headquarters, I initially had the opportunity to work shortly alongside the Chief Finance Operator in the finance department. There, I learned how to use accounting platforms such as Sage 200c, honing skills in account comptabilization and financial management.Subsequently, I transitioned to the legal department. My role involved overseeing contracts with franchisees, managing various legal documents, and ensuring compliance. This position required meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of legal frameworks in franchising. One unique aspect of my internship was the opportunity to use my fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, and eventually my beginner skills in Italian.This experience at Kids&Us not only broadened my professional knowledge but also enriched my linguistic and cultural understanding
