I joined Montibello Global Marketing Team to enroll a position of product development. I am responsible of the creation, coordination and execution of the launch of a new haircare range. A great opportunity to have a 360 vision of the business, to put into practice my creative skills and a correct coordination of all the departments involved in the process.

I had the great opportunity to be part of a fast changing and growing company. I was responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing activities across the UAE for Narciso Rodriguez, Elie Saab and Issey Miyake fragrances. Defining the budget, pipeline and sell-out expectations for new launches.I joined the company just before the pandemic started and this has required me to adapt to changes, act very quickly and obtain meaningful results with a considerable budget reduction.My key achievements during this period have been reaching the sales target for the latest Narciso Rodriguez launch and improving Narciso ranking in UAE key doors.

In Natura Bissé UAE affiliate I was responsible for regional execution of international marketing plans and development of regional tactics to support sales in GCC and Indian Ocean countries, including organization of Master Classes, influencers management, wellness retreats or customized spa activities in our key accounts.Internally, my responsibilities included training to sales team and Natura Bissé therapists, stock management and customs relation with Dubai Airport Free Zone authorities.

As part of the Global Marketing team, I was responsible for the design and execution, in coordination with our international affiliates (US, Mexico, Middle East and Western Europe), of international marketing plans to achieve Natura Bissé objectives.My role also required close coordination with different departments to ensure a successful implementation of the Marketing Plans. Including R&D, Packaging, Graphics, Logistics, Purchasing, Communication and Sales.A day to day dialogue with the commercial and external communication departments was also crucial in my role to align strategic goals to sales tools, advertising and promotional materials.

From April to September I had the opportunity to be part of Wipp Express team, a brand that is defined as a leading premium brand in the detergent market. From September to June, was also part of Dixan, Micolor and Perlan. My principal duties were:- Market research and impact of the actions of the brand and competence. - Support in process monitoring: create new references, create promotional materials, development of new designs...- Preparation of promotional material: folders, exhibitors, billboards...- Daily monitoring of the brands and actions. - Preparation of materials for the team projects, market research studies. - Support the monthly analysis of the income statement of the brand and comparison with the proposed plan; sales and profitability, cost control, advertising budget...- Work in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Sales, Legal and Supply Chain departments.- Manage internal and external resources to develop packaging, advertising and promotional activities.
