Supporting the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in the definition and implementation of Training Strategy on the future single Portal for clinical trials submission and management in the EU: The Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS). Previously supporting EMA´s Pharmacovigilance Division in the conceptualisation, transition and implementation of the new framework for Release Planning for CTIS, working mainly at the client premises - in Amsterdam since March 2019, and previously in London (October 2018 to February 2019). In my position I have also been involved in various projects related to the Digital Single Market for the European Commission. Some of the projects I have been involved in include: - Study for DG DIGIT on an architectural solution for extending the use of eIDAS to the Banking and Student sectors (October 2018)- Study for DG CONECT on Data Sharing among European companies (April 2018)- Study for DG DIGIT on the system for online collection of signatures for the European Citizens´Initiative (ECI) and its technical, organisational and legal implications (September 2017)In addition to the above, I support the Business Development team in identifying opportunities and preparing offerts in response to calls for proposals and tenders.

Main tasks and responsibilities: Preparing briefings, presentations and public speeches for the Head of the Delegation, liaising between EU officials and Ministries of the Catalan Government to fix meetings and institutional visits, assisting in the organization of events held at the Delegation premises with EU partners, etc. In addition to my advisory tasks as personal assistant of the Head of the Delegation, I was also in charge of monitoring and reporting on EU legislation on cross-cutting policy issues, particularly on transparency and anti-fraud initiatives, while being also the contact person for bilateral relations with the Benelux countries.Finally, my responsibilities included communication tasks, as I was the back-up person for the Communication and Press Officer at the Delegation.

Collaboration in the draft and edition of the 3rd Euromed Survey of Experts and Actors (funded by the EC), research on Euro-Med and Arab Spring-related topics, revision, translation and editing tasks, etc.

Main task: coordination and collaboration in the publication of the ERA Framework public consultation launched by the European Commission. Further tasks included those performed by the regular Administrators: participation in meetings at different levels with the various institutions engaged in the legislative procedure (interservice meetings within the Commission, meetings in the European Parliaments, Steering Groups meetings at the Council of Ministers and/or foreign delegations), contribution to briefings for the Head of Unit and/or for the Director General, preparation of presentations and summaries, etc.
