As a senior team leader based out of New York, I oversee digital and analytics projects in both the United States and LatAm. My role involves guiding cross-functional teams comprising +5 people, including business analysts, data scientists, data engineers, data architects, and industry experts. Select project experience (non-exhaustive):• Led the development of an AI-driven Proactive Resolution Engine for a US telco, aimed at improving customer experience and reducing operational costs by detecting customer issues in real-time and launching proactive actions. This project led to a 10% decline in call volume and involved aligning 5 teams with over 40 members on the strategic vision, defining the use case pipeline, crafting user stories, developing Machine Learning models, launching prototypes, conducting A/B testing, and defining business requirements to scale the solution. • Led a 5-person team in a major digital transformation of postpaid businesses for a Latin American telco. The initiative focused on optimizing customer value management by reducing retention discounts and boosting multichannel cross-sales, resulting in +60% sales increase and +15% savings on retention expenses.• Founded the Advanced Analytics hub for an attacker digital bank in LatAm. This involved recruiting a 5-person team, setting up the analytical platform, defining the analytics roadmap, and leading the development of the first analytics use case.

Led multiple projects implementing credit risk models for European companies in both the banking and energy sectors.
