I am a professional with over twelve years’ nursing experience and over ten years’ specific experience in human reproduction. I am a registered nurse in NMC since January 2016For the last four years I have been coordinating nursing groups and performing all the associated tasks: staff training, managing workloads, operating-theatre coordination, medication control, and management of all the clinical trials that are run at our clinic. I also liaise with the other departments, doctors, biologists and administration.I have extensive knowledge of all aspects of human reproduction — techniques, medication, etc. — which also enables me to do valuable work with patients, including giving them information on cycles, answering their queries, and giving them guidance on administering their medication. In the nursing department we also provide patients with psychological support throughout the process.I have presented a number of papers at various reproduction conferences, where some of the work done by my department has won awards. For the last four years I have been a member of the Ethics Committee at the Tambre Clinic, which is an interdisciplinary and independent committee.
