As Programme Manager trainee, my main role was supporting call coordinators in the management of the DG’s funding programmes - the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme and Justice programme - from the evaluations of proposals for grants to the implementation and monitoring of the projects. I was responsible for quality review and editing of over 300 project proposal evaluation reports and contributed to analyzing, reviewing, and reporting KPI data for the CERV and JUST funding programs. I provided administrative support, organized meetings, and managed internal and external communication, facilitating collaboration among team members, coordinating information exchange across sections and units, and engaging with external stakeholders and experts.Main tasks: Reviewing and editing evaluation reports, working on EU surveys and Monitoring and Performance Frameworks, analyzing and encoding KPI data, carrying out administrative and communication tasks. I successfully passed the ESPO selection tests for the CAST FG III - Project / Programme Management.

Living with a lovely American/Danish family, taking care of their two kids and helping them with light housekeeping activities. During this experience, I had the opportunity to improve my spoken English, attend language classes, volunteer in a local center for victims of gender-based violence, explore Denmark and the Scandinavian culture, network, and increase my personal cultural development.

Regular medical transport using health facilities and emergency ambulance services; activities in the social sector in the local community, including distribution of food and medications to those in need.

Managing and supervising groups of 20 children from 6 to 18 years old, teaching them the basic notions of sailing, tailoring creative and fun activities, solving technical problems and managing situations of emergencies. Teaching individual lessons to adults in complete autonomy.

Receiving refugees in the structure, helping them to learn Italian and prepare for job interviews, and accompanying them to medical appointments; managing administrative office work knowing first-hand asylum seekers' legal procedures and documents; participating in meetings with the team and social services; creating new projects/collaborations to sensitize the local community and facilitate the integration.
